का.आ. 1579(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की
उप-खंड (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप-खंड (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार की
राय है दक ऐसा करना लोकजहत में आवि यक है और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिच करने के बाद, एतदद्वारा जनम्नजलजखत
आदेि करती है, नामत:-
लघु िीर्चक और प्रारंभ.-(1) इस आदेि को एग्रो टेक्सटाइल्स गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) संिोधन आदेि, 2024 कहा
िाएगा।
(2) यह सरकारी रािपर में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
एग्रो टेक्सटाइल्स (गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) आदेि, 2023 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैराग्राफ (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत
उप-पैरा को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, नामत:-
‘‘(2) यह आदेि 1 िुलाई, 2024 से लागू होगा ’’

ORDER
New Delhi, the 28th March, 2024
S.O. 1579(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central
Government is of the opinion that it is necessary to do so in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.–(1) This Order may be called the Agro Textiles (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
2.
In the Agro Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely :-
“ (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st July 2024.”
