L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण् ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY खान मंत्रालय आदेि नई ददल्ली, 31 अगस्ट् त, 2023 का.आ. 3846(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्‍द रीय सरकार का यह मत है दक लोक जहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिश के पश् चात् जनम्नजलजखत आदेि पाठरत करती है, अथाशत्: - 1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप् त नाम एल्युजमजनयम और एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 है। (2) यह आदेि इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन की तारीख से तीन माह की अवजध से प्रवृत्त होगा। 2. लागू होना- यह आदेि जनम्नजलजखत सारणी के स्ट् तंभ (2) में जवजनर्ददष्ट माल या वस्ट् तु के संबंध में लागू होगा, ककतु जनयाशत के जनजमत्त माल या वस्ट् तु पर लागू नहीं होगा। 3. मानक जचहन का अजनवायश उपयोग- उक् त सारणी के स्ट् तंभ (2) में जवजनर्ददष्ट माल या वस्ट् तु स्ट् तंभ (3) में जवजनर्ददष्ट तत्‍ स्ट् थानी भारतीय मानक के अनुरूप होंगी और उन पर भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (अनुरूपता जनधाशरण) जवजनयमन, 2018 की अनुसूची-II की स्ट् कीम-1 के अनुसार भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के लाइसेंस के अधीन मानक जचहन होगा। 4. प्रमाणन और प्रवतशन प्राजधकरण.- भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो उक् त सारणी के स्ट् तंभ (2) में जवजनर्ददष्ट माल या वस् तु के संबंध में प्रमाजणत करने और लागू करने वाला प्राजधकरण होगा। सं. 3685] नई ददल्ली, बृहस्ट् पजतवार, अगस्ट् त 31, 2023/भार 9, 1945 No. 3685] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, AUGUST 31, 2023/BHADRA 9, 1945 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-31082023-248447 CG-DL-E-31082023-248447 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] सारणी क्र. सं. माल या वस्ट् तु भारतीय मानक भारतीय मानक का नाम (1) (2) (3) (4) 1. एल्युजमजनयम और एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु धातु-पपड एवं कापस्ट्िंग्स भा.मा. 617:1994 ढलुआ एल्युजमजनयम और उसकी जमश्र धातु- सामान्‍दय इंिीजनयरी उद्देश्यों के जलए धातु-पपड एवं कापस्ट्िंग्स 2. उच्च िुद्धता प्राथजमक एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड भा.मा. 11890:1987 जविेष अनुप्रयोगों हेतु दोबारा गलाने के जलए उच्च िुद्धता वाले प्राथजमक एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड जवजनदेि 3. बेयररग्स के जलए एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु धातु-पपड भा.मा. 6754:1972 सामान्‍दय इंिीजनयरी प्रयोिन हेतु दोबारा गलाने के जलए एल्युजमजनयम जमश्र धातु धातु-पपड जवजनदेि 4. दोबारा गलाने के जलए प्राथजमक एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड भा.मा. 2590:1987 सामान्‍दय इंिीजनयरी प्रयोिन हेतु दोबारा गलाने के जलए प्राथजमक एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड जवजनदेि 5. एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड जबलेट्स और तार बार (ईसी ग्रेड) भा.मा. 4026: 2023 एल्युजमजनयम धातु-पपड जबलेट्स और तार बार (ईसी ग्रेड) ठिंप् पण: सारणी के प्रयोिनों के जलए, यह स्ट्पष्ट दकया िाता है दक भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 2 के खंड (17) के उपबंधों के अनुसार ब्यूरो द्वारा समय-समय पर प्रमाजणत और प्रकाजित भारतीय मानकों का नवीनतम संस्ट्करण ऐसे प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा। [फा. सं. 02/18/2023-ईएस] िकील आलम, आर्थथक सलाहकार MINISTRY OF MINES ORDER New Delhi, the 31st August, 2023 S.O. 3846(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following order, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023. (2) This Order shall come into force with effect from three months from the date of publication of this notification. 2. Application.- This Order shall apply in relation to goods or article specified in column (2) of the Table below, but shall not apply to goods or article meant for export. 3. Compulsory use of Standard Mark.- Goods or article specified in the column (2) of the said Table shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard specified in column (3) therein and shall bear the Standard Mark under a licence from the Bureau of Indian Standards in accordance with Scheme-1 of Schedule-II to the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018. 4. Certifying and enforcing authority.- The Bureau of Indian Standards shall be the certifying and enforcing authority in respect of the goods or article specified in the column (2) of the said Table.
