का.आ. 3503(अ.).— भारतीय मानक ब् यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ परित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत् त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केंद्र सरकार का यह मत है दक िनजहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा जहतकर है तथा केंद्र सरकार, ब्यूरो से परामिध करने के पश्चात्, तांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 में और संिोधन करने हेतु एतद्द्वारा जनम्नजलजखत आदेि िारी करती है, अथाधत्:–
1 संजिप् त िीर्धक और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेि को तांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2026 कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह आधाररक रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
- तांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 के, पैराग्राफ 2 में, तीसरे परंतुक के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाएगा, अथाधत्:-
“बिते यह भी दक यह आदेि तांबा उत्पाद (गुणवत्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2026 के प्रारंभ से, 30 नवंबर 2026, तक की अवजध के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका के कॉलम (2) के अंतगधत भारत में एयर कंडीिननंग और रेफ्रीिेरेिन के जलए उपकरण या उत्पाद या उप-संयोिन या घटक का जवजनमाधण करने के प्रयोिन के जलए दकसी जवजनमाधता द्वारा आयाजतत माल या वस्ट्तु पर इस ताजलका के अंतगधत माल या वस्ट्तु के जवजनर्दधष्ट मात्रा तक लागू नहीं होगा, अथाधत्:–”

| आईएस: 10773:2025 के अंतगधत आने वाली इनर ग्रूव्ड कॉपर ट्यूब, एयर कंडीिनर और रेदफ्रिरेिन उपकरण में उपयोग के जलए अजभप्रेत हैं। | जवत्त वर्ध 2024-25 और 2025-26 के दौरान आयाजतत माल या वस्ट्तुओं की औसत मात्रा के 50 प्रजतित से अजधक नहीं। |
नोट:– जवजनमाधता को ऐसे माल या वस्ट्तुओं का माह-वार ररकॉडध रखना होगा और इसे केंद्र सरकार को अपने प्राजधकृत हस्ट्तािरकताध द्वारा हस्ट्तािररत अपने पत्रिीर्ध पर संबंजधत सरकारी प्राजधकाररयों को प्रस्ट्तुत करना होगा।”

नोट:– मूल आदेि, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में ददनांक 25 अप्रैल, 2024 की सां.आ. 1801 (अ) द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात् इसमें जनम्नानुसार संिोधन दकया गया:–
(1) ददनांक 19 फरवरी, 2025 का सा.आ. 884(अ)।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th June, 2026
S.O. 3503(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Copper Products (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely:-

Short title and commencement. - (1) This Order may be called the Copper Products (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Copper Products (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 2, for third proviso, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
“Provided also that this order shall not apply from commencement of the Copper Products (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026 for a period up to the 30th November, 2026 to goods or articles imported by a manufacturer for the purpose of manufacturing equipment or product or sub-assemblies or component for Air Conditioning and Refrigeration in India as per the following TABLE, upto the volume of goods or articles specified under columns (2) of the following Table, namely:-

Note:- The manufacturer shall maintain month-wise record of such goods or articles and furnish the same to Government authorities concerned in its letter head signed by its authorized signatory to the Central Government.".
