का.आ.1126(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की
उपधारा (3) के साि पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के
पश्चात्, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एजिलीन डाइक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण)
आिेि, 2021 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अिावत: -
1.
(1) इस आिेि का संजिप्त नाम एजिलीन डाइक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

एजिलीन डाइक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2021 के, पैरा 1 में, उप पैरा (2) के स्ट्िान पर जनम्नजलजखत
उप पैरा रखा िाएगा, अिावत्: -
“(2) यह 12 जसतम्बर, 2025 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।”

ETHYLENE DICHLORIDE (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025
S.O. 1126(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes
the following Order further to amend the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2025.”

का.आ.1127(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की

VINYL CHLORIDE MONOMER (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025
S.O. 1127(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the
following Order further to amend the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.

2. In the Vinyl Chloride Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

POLYCARBONATE (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025
S.O. 1128(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes
the following Order further to amend the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2025.”
