का.आ. 4177(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25
की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने
के पश्चात्, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एजथलीन डाईक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण)
आदेि, 2021 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आदेि का नाम एजथलीन डाईक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

2. एजथलीन डाईक्लोराइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा
रखा िाएगा, अथावत:-
“(2) यह 12 जसतंबर, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।”

का.आ. 1124(अ) ददनांक 9 माचव, 2023, का.आ. 1108(अ) ददनांक 6 माचव, 2024, का.आ. 3936(अ),
ददनांक 13 जसतंबर, 2024 और का.आ. 1126(अ), ददनांक 11 माचव, 2025 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 16th September, 2025
S.O. 4177(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following
Order further to amend the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.In the Ethylene Dichloride (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 12th day of September, 2026.”

September, 2022. S.O. 1124(E), dated the 9th March, 2023, S.O. 1108(E), dated the 6th March, 2024,
S.O. 3936(E), dated the 13th September, 2024 and S.O. 1126(E), dated the 11th March, 2025.
