का.आ. 2144(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की 16 द्वारा
प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना
आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2024 को संिोजधत करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती
है, अर्ावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ (1) इस आिेि का नाम एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2024 में, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा,

ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th May, 2025
H Acid (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 2144(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the H Acid (Quality
Control) Order, 2024, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the H Acid (Quality Control) Amendment
Order, 2025.
(2)
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the H Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph
shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th day of August, 2025.”

K Acid (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 2145(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the K Acid (Quality
Control) Order, 2024, namely:-

Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the K Acid (Quality Control) Amendment
Order, 2025.

It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the K Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph
shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th day of May, 2026.”

Vinyl Sulphone (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 2146(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the Vinyl Sulphone
(Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the Vinyl Sulphone (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2025.
(2)
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Vinyl Sulphone (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th day of August, 2025.”
