का.आ. 1136(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के साथ परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में
ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीर्ीन है, लॉररक एजसड (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 का संिोधन करने के जलए
जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ:- (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम लॉररक एजसड (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. लॉररक एजसड (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 के, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा
िाएगा, अथावत्: -
"(2)
यह 24 अिूबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

ORDER
New Delhi, the 7th March, 2024
S.O. 1136(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the Lauric Acid
(Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the Lauric Acid (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2)
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Lauric Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”.

S.O. 1138(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the Palm Fatty Acids
(Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2)
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Palm Fatty Acids (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”.

2. राइस ब्रान फैटी एजसड (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 के, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-
पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
"(2)

2. हाइड्रोिनीकृत राइस ब्रान फैटी एजसड (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 के, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर,
जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
"(2)
यह 24 अिूबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

(2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024”.
