का.आ. 4233(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
और धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव के पश्चात, यह
राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, माइलेक एनहाड्राइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 में और संिोधन
करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अर्ावत्:—
1.
संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम माइलेक एनहाड्राइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

माइलेक एनहाड्राइड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) में, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा
िाएगा, अर्ावत्:-
"(2) यह 24 अप्रैल, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th September, 2023
S.O. 4233(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the
Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
standards is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to
amend the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order 2022, namely:—
1.
Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024.”

Note: The Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part
II, section 3, sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O.1644(E), dated the 5th April, 2022 and subsequently
amended vide notification numbers S.O. 4598(E), dated the 29th September, 2022 and S.O. 1788(E), dated the
18th April, 2023.

In the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order 2022, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2),
the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 3rd day of April, 2024.”

(2) में, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अर्ावत्:-
"(2) यह 05 िनर्री, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

Extrusion (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022 in paragraph 1, in sub-
paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 05th day of January, 2024.”
