का.आ. 04(अ).—भारतीय ्ानक ब्यूरो अजधजनय्, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के
साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार, भारतीय ्ानक
ब्यूरो से परा्िश करने के बाद, यह राय रखते हुए दक लोकजहत ्ें ऐसा करना आवश्यक या स्ीचीन है, एतदद्वारा
जचदकत्सा वस्त्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) आदेि, 2024 ्ें संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि बनाती है, अथाशत्:-
1.
(1) इस आदेि को जचदकत्सा वस्त्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह रािपर ्ें प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
2. जचदकत्सा वस्त्र (गुणवत्ता जनयंरण) आदेि, 2024-
(i)
के अनुच् छेद 2 ्ें जनम्नजलजखत प्रावधान िोडा िाएगा, अथाशत्:

"यह भी प्रावधान है दक यदद ब्यूरो द्वारा प्र्ाजणत कोई जवजन्ाशता या ऐसा जन्ाशता जिसने ्ूल आदेि
की अनुसूची ‘क’ के अंतगशत आने वाले उत् पाद या वस्ट्तु क के जलए ब्यूरो को प्र्ाणन के जलए आवेदन
दकया है, भारतीय ्ानक ब्यूरो अजधजनय् 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 18 की उपधारा (4) के
अधीन इस आदेि ्ें उजल्लजखत कायाशन्वयन की स्यसी्ा के प्रारंभ होने से पहले घोजषत करता है दक
उसके पास भारतीय ्ानक ब्यूरो ्ाकश के जबना पुराने स्ट्टॉक उत्पाद हैं, िो इस प्रकार की िुरूआत से
पहले जनर््शत या आयात दकए गए हैं, तो ऐसे जन्ाशता को 30 िून, 2025 तक ऐसे घोजषत स्ट्टॉक को
बेचने या प्रदर्िशत करने या बेचने का प्रस्ट् ताव करने की अनु्जत होगी।"
(ii)
अनुसूची क ्ें कायाशन्वयन हेतु स्यसी्ा ्ें पठरवर्तशत दकया िाएगा, अथाशत: -
“(क) बडे और ्ध्य् उद्य्ों के जलए ददनांक 1 िनवरी 2025
(ख) लघु एवं सूक्ष्् उद्य्ों के जलए ददनांक 1 अप्रैल 2025”

(1)
इस आदेि के संबंध ्ें ्ध्य्, लघु और सूक्ष्् उद्य्ों की पठरभाषा को सूक्ष््, लघु और ्ध्य् उद्य् जवकास
अजधजनय्, 2006 (2006 का 27) से देखा िाएगा।

ल आदेि भारत के रािपर, असाधारण, भाग II, धारा 3, उपधारा (ii) ्ें एसओ 4634(ई) ददनांक 23 अक्टूबर,
2024 के ्ाध् य् से प्रकाजित दकया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st January, 2025
S.O. 04(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after
consulting the Bureau of Indian standards, is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public
interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely: -
1.
(1) This Order may be called the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Medical Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2024, -
(i)
in paragraph 2, before Explanation, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: -
“Provided that if any manufacturer certified by the Bureau or any manufacturer who has applied for
certification to the Bureau for the goods of articles covered under Schedule A of the Principal Order,
declares prior to the commencement of the timeline of implementation as mentioned in this Order,
under sub-section (4) of section 18 of the Bureau if Indian Standards, Act 2016 (11 of 2016) its old
stock products without Bureau of Indian Standards Mark manufactured or imported prior to such
commencement, such manufacturer shall be permitted to sell or display of offer to sell such declared
stock up to 30th June, 2025.”,

(ii)
in Schedule A, under column relating to Timeline for implementation, for the entry, the following
entry shall be substituted, namely: -
“(a) For Large and Medium Enterprises- 1st January, 2025.
(b) For Small and Micro Enterprises- 1st April, 2025.”.

Definition of Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises, with regards to this Order is to be referred from the
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (27 of 2006).
