जर्नाइल एजसटेट मोनोमर (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025
का.आ. 1555(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा
25 की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से
परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, जर्नाइल एजसटेट मोनोमर
(गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्: -
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम जर्नाइल एजसटेट मोनोमर (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

2. जर्नाइल एजसटेट मोनोमर (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर जनम्नजलजखत
उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
“(2) यह 31 माचव, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।”

Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 1555(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following
Order further to amend the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely:-
1. (1) This Order may be called the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 31st day of March, 2026”.

Methyl Acrylate, Ethyl Acrylate (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 1556 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
