नई दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी, 2026

का.आ. 776(अ).—भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार का ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के उपरांत यह मत है कि यह जनहित में आवश्यक अथवा हितकर है, अतः एतद्द्वारा उन माल या वस्तुओं को, जिनके संबंध में क्रय आदेश, संगत गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेश के कार्यान्वयन की तारीख से पूर्व जारी किए गए हों तथा ऐसे माल या वस्तुओं से संबंधित लदान पत्र एवं आगम पत्र, उक्त गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेश के प्रवर्तन की तारीख या उससे एक सौ अस्सी दिनों के भीतर के दिनांकित हों, निम्नलिखित तालिका के कॉलम (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण आदेशों के संबंध में, छूट प्रदान करती है, अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण:-

1. यह छूट इस शर्त के अध्यधीन होगी कि आयातक, अपने अधिकृत हस्ताक्षरकर्ता द्वारा विधिवत हस्ताक्षरित अपने लेटरहेड पर, ऐसी खेप की निकासी के सात दिनों के भीतर क्रय आदेश, लदान पत्र तथा आगम पत्र की प्रति एवं उनके सहायक दस्तावेज भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो को उपलब्ध कराएगा।
2. यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी।

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) ORDER

New Delhi, the 12th February, 2026

S.O. 776(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau, hereby exempts the goods or articles where the purchase order for such goods or articles were placed before the date of implementation of the Quality Control Order, and the Bill of the Landing and the Bill of Entry in respect of such goods or articles are dated on or before one hundred and eighty days from the date on which the said Quality Control Order came into force, specified in column (4) of the following Table, namely:-

Note: -

1. This exemption is subject to the condition that the importer shall provide the Bureau in its letter head duly signed by its authorized signatory, a copy of the Purchase Order, Bill of Lading and Bill of Entry and its supporting documents within seven days of clearance of such consignment.
2. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
