का.आ. 1252(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अवधवनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25
की उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शवियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामशव करने
के पश्चात, यह राय है कक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीर्ीन है, पी-जाइलीन (गुणर्त्ता वनयंत्रण) आदेश,
2021 को और संशोवधत करने के वलए वनम्नवलवित आदेश करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आदेश का संजिप्त नाम पी-जाइलीन (गुणर्त्ता वनयंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2025 है।
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीि को प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. पी-जाइलीन (गुणर्त्ता वनयंत्रण) आदेश, 2021 के, पैरा 1 में, उपपैरा (2) के स्थान पर, वनम्नवलवित उपपैरा रखा
जाएगा, अथावत्: -
“(2) यह 19 कदसंबर, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगा।”

p-XYLENE (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT, ORDER, 2025
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2025
S.O. 1252(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes
the following Order further to amend the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph
shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 19th day of December, 2025”.

POLYURETHANES (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT, ORDER, 2025
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2025
S.O. 1253(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of the

1. (1) This order may be called the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.

2. In the Polyurethanes (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 19th day of December, 2025”.
