पॉलीकाबोनेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2024
का.आ. 3953(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25
की उप धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने
के पश्चात यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, पॉलीकाबोनेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन
आिेि, 2021 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आिेि का संजिप् त नाम पॉलीकाबोनेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) िूसरा संिोधन आिेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

पॉलीकाबोनेट (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2024 के पैरा 1 में, उप पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत
उप पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत्: -
“(2) यह 12 माचव, 2025 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।”

POLYCARBONATE (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT, ORDER, 2024
S.O. 3953(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian
Standards is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following
Order further to amend the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Polycarbonate (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2)
It shall come into force on the 12th day of March, 2025”.

vide notification number S.O. 3930(E), dated the 13th September, 2021 and subsequently amended vide
notification numbers S.O. 1071(E), dated the 10th March, 2022, S.O. 4138(E), dated the 2nd September, 2022,
S.O. 1122(E), dated the 9th March, 2023 and S.O. 1109(E), dated the 6th March, 2024.
