का.आ. 4779(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25
की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने
के पश्चात्, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीप्रोपाइजलन
(पीपी) सामग्री (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीप्रोपाइजलन (पीपी) सामग्री (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण)
जद्वतीय संिोधन आदेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

2. मोलल्डंग और एक्सट्रूिन के जलए पॉलीप्रोपाइजलन (पीपी) सामग्री (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2024 के पैरा 1 के
उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथावत:—
“(2) यह तारीख 24 अप्रैल, 2026 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।”

दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3594(अ), तारीख 23 अगस्ट्त, 2024, का.आ. 5553(अ),
तारीख 24 ददसंबर, 2024 और का.आ. 2788(अ), तारीख 23 िून, 2025 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2025
S.O. 4779(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary
so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further
to amend the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024, namely: -
1.
(1) This order may be called the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control)
Second Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for
sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2026.”

Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide notification number S.O. 921(E), dated the
26th February, 2024 and subsequently amended vide notification numbers S.O. 3594(E), dated the 23rd August,
2024, S.O. 5553(E), dated the 24th December, 2024 and S.O. 2788(E), dated the 23rd June, 2025.
