का.आ. 3896(अ).—भारतीय ्ानक ब्यूरो अजधजनय्, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की
उपधारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की उप धारा (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार का ्
त है दक सावविजनक जहत ्ें ऐसा दकया िाना आवश् यक है और भारतीय ्ानक ब्यूरो से परा्िव करने के बाद, एतद्द्वारा,
जनम्नजलजखत आदेि दकया िाता है, ना्त: -
1.
संजिप्त िीर्वक और प्रारंभ – (1) इस आदेि को प्रोटेजटटव टेटसटाइल्स (गुणवत् ता जनयंरण) संिोधन आदेि, 2024
कहा िाएगा।
(2) यह आदेि िासकीय रािपर ्ें प्रकािन की तारीख से लागू होगा।

प्रोटेजट टव टेट सटाइल (गुणवत् ता जनयंरण) आदेि, 2022 ्ें, अनुसूची ्ें, क्र.सं. 2 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों को
हटा ददया िाएगा।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 11th September, 2024
S.O. 3896(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with
section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central
Government is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of
Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.– (1) This Order may be called the Protective Textiles (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Protective Textiles (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in the Schedule, Sl. No. 2 and the entries relating
thereto shall be omitted.
