का .आ . 4862(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय होने पर दक लोकजहत
में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय, रसायन एर्ं पेरोरसायन जर्भाग के
एदिलोनाइराइल (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2022 से संबंजधत अजधसूचना, जिसे ददनांक 5 अप्रैल, 2022,
का.आ. 1646(अ) के तहत िारी दकया गया था तथा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में
प्रकाजित दकया गया था, को तत्काल प्रभार् से जनरस्ट्त दकया िाता है।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 24th October, 2025
S.O. 4862(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after
consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Chemicals and Fertilizers issued vide number S.O. 1646(E), dated the 5th April, 2022, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), relating to the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022
with the immediate effect.

का.आ. 1644(अ) के तहत िारी दकया गया था तथा भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में
प्रकाजित दकया गया था, को तत्काल प्रभार् से जनरस्ट्त दकया िाता है।
