का.आ. 5527(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार द्वारा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 25
की उप धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने
के पश्चात, यह राय होने पर दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, एतद्द्वारा भारत सरकार के रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय
की पी-जाइलीन (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 से संबंजधत अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3929(अ), ददनांक 13 जसतंबर,
2021, िो भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में ददनांक 22 जसतंबर, 2021 को प्रकाजित हुई थी,
को तत्काल प्रभार् से जनरस्ट्त दकया िाता है।

New Delhi, the 28th November, 2025
S.O. 5527(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with sub-section (3) of section 25 of
the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary
so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 3929(E), dated the 13th September, 2021,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 22nd September, 2021,
relating to p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021 with immediate effect.

भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii) में ददनांक 28 ददसंबर, 2021 को प्रकाजित हुई थी, को तत्काल प्रभार् से जनरस्ट्त दकया
िाता है।
