New Delhi, the 22nd October, 2025
S.O. 4780(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after
consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, relating to the Lauric Acid (Quality Control)
Order, 2022, issued vide number S.O. 1961(E), dated the 27th April, 2022, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), with immediate effect.
