आदेश
नई दिल्ली, 13 जनवरी, 2026
का.आ. 187(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्र सरकार का, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के बाद यह मत है कि यह जनहित में आवश्यक अथवा हितकर है, अतः एतद्द्वारा इलेक्ट्रिकल सहायक उपकरण (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2023 में संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, नामतः:-
- संक्षिप्त शीर्षक और प्रारंभ - (1) इस आदेश को इलेक्ट्रिकल सहायक उपकरण (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2026 कहा जाएगा।
(2) यह आदेश शासकीय राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होगा।
- उक्त आदेश में, तालिका-1 में, कॉलम (2) में भारतीय मानक “7809 (भाग 3/खंड 1): 1986” से संबंधित अंतिम प्रविष्टि और कॉलम (3) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि अर्थात “इलेक्ट्रिकल प्रयोजनों के लिए प्रेसर सेन्सिटिव एडहेसिव इंसुलेटिंग टेप हेतु विनिर्देश – भाग 3 की अपेक्षाएँ या अलग-अलग सामग्री -धारा 1 – नॉन-थर्मोसेटिंग एडहेसिव प्लास्टिसाइज्ड पॉलीविनाइलक्लोराइड टेप्स” का लोप किया जाएगा।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2026
S.O. 187(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau hereby makes the following Order to amend the Electrical Accessories (Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely: -
- Short title and commencement. - (1) This order may be called the Electrical Accessories (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the said order, in Table-1, the last entry pertaining to Indian Standard “7809 (Part 3/ Sec 1): 1986” in column (2) and corresponding entry in column (3) i.e., “Specification for Pressure sensitive adhesive insulating tapes for electrical purposes- Part 3 requirements or individual materials – Sec 1 plasticized polyvinylchloride tapes with non Thermosetting adhesive” shall be omitted.
