का .आ. 3076(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए रसायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय, रसायन एर्ं पेरोरसायन जर्भाग द्वारा प्रकाजित मोर्फोजलन (क्वाजलटी
जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2020 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अर्ावत:-
उि आदेि में, पैराग्रार्फ 1 में, उप-पैराग्रार्फ (2) के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैराग्रार्फ रखा िाएगा, अर्ावत :-
"(2) यह आदेि 01 नर्ंबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st August, 2024
S.O. 3076(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards
Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Morpholine (Quality
Control) Order, 2020 published by the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and
Petrochemicals, namely:─
In the said order, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted,
namely:─
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st November, 2024.”

Note:
The principal order for Morpholine was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii) vide notification number S.O. 1893(E) dated the 16th June, 2020. Subsequently amended vide
notification numbers S.O. 2030(E) dated the 25th May, 2021, S.O. 399(E) dated the 31st January, 2022,
S.O. 3457(E) dated the 27th July, 2022, S.O. 529(E) dated the 2nd February, 2023, S.O. 3291(E) dated the
21st July, 2023 and S.O. 373(E) dated the 30th January, 2024.
