स्ट्टाइरीन-ब्यूटाडीन रबर लैटेक्स (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2024
का.आ. 3957(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 द्वारा प्रित्त
िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक या
समीचीन है, स्ट्टाइरीन-ब्यूटाडीन रबर लैटेक्स (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2021 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती
है, अर्ावत्:-
1. (1) इस आिेि का संजिप् त नाम स्ट्टाइरीन-ब्यूटाडीन रबर लैटेक्स (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आिेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. स्ट्टाइरीन-ब्यूटाडीन रबर लैटेक्स (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2021 में, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (3) के स्ट्र्ान पर, जनम्नजलजखत
उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अर्ावत्: -
“परन्तु इस आिेि की कोई बात ऑटोमेटटर् जलजर्यम आयन बैरी के जर्जनमावण के जलए काबोजक्सलेटटड एसबीआर लैटेक्स ग्रेड को लागू
नहीं होगी”

New Delhi, the 18th September, 2024
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Latex (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024
S.O. 3957(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards
Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion
that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order to amend the
Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Latex (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely: —
1. (1) This Order may be called the Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Latex (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Latex (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph
(3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: —
“Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to the carboxylated SBR Latex grade for manufacture of automotive
Lithium Ion Battery”.
