का.आ. 1463(अ).––केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय है दक लोकजहत में ऐसा
करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एजिलीन जर्नाइल एसीटेट कोपॉलीमसव (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2022 का और
संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि करती है, अिावत्:-
1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ.- (1) इस आिेि का संजिप् त नाम एजिलीन जर्नाइल एसीटेट कोपॉलीमसव (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण)
संिोधन आिेि, 2024 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. एजिलीन जर्नाइल एसीटेट कोपॉलीमसव (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2022 के, पैरा 1 में, उप पैरा (2) के स्ट्िान पर,
जनम्नजलजखत उप पैरा रखा िाएगा, अिावत्: -
"(2) यह 3 अिूबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024
S.O. 1463(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Ethylene
Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality
Control) Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2),
the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 3rd day of October, 2024.”

का.आ. 1464(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार की, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16

S.O. 1464(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the
Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Amendment
Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Acrylonitrile (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024.”

Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Order, 2024
S.O. 1465(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Styrene
(Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Order, 2022, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2024.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Styrene (Vinyl Benzene) (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of October, 2024.”

Amendment Order, 2024.

2. In the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
