का.आ. 2551(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिननयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की िारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्ततयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह राय रखते हुए कक लोकहहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है
और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामशश करने के पश्चात, 50 ककग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेक् िंग के ललए कपडा-उच्च घनत्व के
पॉलीथीन (एचडीपीई) / पॉलीप्रोपपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (तवाललटी ननयिंत्रण) आदेश, 2023 का और सिंशोिन करने के
ललए ननम्नललखखत आदेश करती है, अथाशत:
1. (1) इस आदेश का सिंक्षिप्त नाम 50 ककग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेक् िंग के ललए कपडा-उच्च घनत्व के पॉलीथीन (एचडीपीई)/
पॉलीप्रोपपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (तवाललटी ननयिंत्रण) सिंशोिन आदेश, 2025 है।

बोरे (तवाललटी ननयिंत्रण) आदेश, 2023, के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर ननम्नललखखत उप पैरा रखा ाएगा,
अथाशत:
“(2) यह आदेश 6 लसतिंबर, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगा।”

TEXTILES — HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE) / POLYPROPYLENE (PP) WOVEN SACKS
FOR PACKAGING OF 50 KG CEMENT (QUALITY CONTROL) AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025
S.O. 2551(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of
2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest and after
consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Textiles — High Density
Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023,
namely: -
1. (1) This order may be called the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/ Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks
for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg
Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be
substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of September, 2025.”

namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of September, 2025.”

पॉिीएथथिीन(एचडीपीई) िैलमनेटटड बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी ननयिंत्रण) सिंशोधन आदेश, 2025

(पीपी)/उच्च घनत्व पॉलीएधथलीन(एचडीपीई) लैलमनेहटड बुने हुए बोरे (तवाललटी ननयिंत्रण) सिंशोिन आदेश, 2025 है।
(2) यह रा पत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।
2. डाक की छिंटाई भिंडारण, पररवहन और पवतरण के ललए कपडा-पॉली प्रोपपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्व पॉलीएधथलीन
(एचडीपीई) लैलमनेहटड बुने हुए बोरे (तवाललटी ननयिंत्रण) सिंशोिन आदेश, 2023, के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान
पर ननम्नललखखत उप पैरा रखा ाएगा, अथाशत:
“(2) यह आदेश 6 लसतिंबर, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगा।”

AMENDMENT ORDER, 2025

Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting, Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2025.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Textiles — Polypropylene (PP)/ High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Laminated Woven Sacks for Mail Sorting,
Storage, Transport and Distribution (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following
sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
