नई दिल्ली, 5 जनवरी, 2026

का.आ. 51(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह राय रखते हुए कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है और भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के पश्चात, 50 किग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजिंग के लिए कपडा-उच्च घनत्व के पॉलीइथलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2023 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है, अर्थात:

1. (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम 50 किग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजिंग के लिए कपडा-उच्च घनत्व के पॉलीइथलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2026 है।

(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. 50 किग्रा सीमेंट की पैकेजिंग के लिए कपडा-उच्च घनत्व के पॉलीइथलीन (एचडीपीई)/पॉलीप्रोपलीन (पीपी) बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2023 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:

“(2) यह आदेश 6 अक्टूबर, 2026 को प्रवृत्त होगा”।

S.O. 51(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely: -

1. (1) This order may be called the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE)/ Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2026.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Textiles — High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) / Polypropylene (PP) Woven Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —

“(2) It shall come into force on the 6th day of October, 2026”.

1. (1) इस आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम मेल सॉर्टिंग भंडारण, परिवहन और वितरण के लिए कपडा-पॉली प्रोपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्व पॉलीएथिलीन (एचडीपीई) लैमिनेटेड बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2026 है।

(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा।

2. मेल सॉर्टिंग भंडारण, परिवहन और वितरण के लिए कपडा-पॉली प्रोपलीन (पीपी)/उच्च घनत्व पॉलीएथिलीन (एचडीपीई) लैमिनेटेड बुने हुए बोरे (क्वालिटी नियंत्रण) संशोधन आदेश, 2023 के पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप पैरा रखा जाएगा, अर्थात:
