का.आ. 5373(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16
द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो के साथ परामिव करने के पश्चात, की यह राय है दक
लोकजहत में ऐसा करना आर्श्यक है, टोल्यूइन (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 में और संिोधन करने के जलए
जनम्नजलजखत आदेि करती है, अथावत्:-
1. (1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम टोल्यूइन (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) दूसरा संिोधन आदेि, 2023 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।
2. टोल्यूइन (क्वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2021 के, पैरा 1 में, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा
िाएगा, अथावत्: -
"(2) यह 22 ददसंबर, 2024 को प्रर्ृत्त होगा।"

24 ददसंबर, 2021 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात संख यांक का.आ. 2727 (अ) तारीख 13 िून,
2022 और का.आ. 5990 (अ), तारीख 21 ददसंबर, 2022 और का.आ. 2730 (अ), तारीख 20 िून, 2023
द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया था।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2023.
S.O. 5373(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act,
2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following order further to amend the Toluene (Quality
Control) Order, 2021, namely: —
1. (1) This order may be called the Toluene (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely: —
“(2) It shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2024”.
