एच एजसड(गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) जितीय संिोधन आिेि, 2025
का.आ. 3530(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 िारा
प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय रखते हुए दक लोकजहत में ऐसा
करना आर्श्यक या समीचीन है, एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2024 का संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत आिेि
करती है, अर्ावत:
1.
संजिप्त नाम एर्ं प्रारंभ- (1) इस आिेि का नाम एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) जितीय संिोधन आिेि, 2025 है।
(2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रर्ृत्त होगा।

2. एच एजसड (गुणर्त्ता जनयंत्रण) आिेि, 2024, में पैरा 1 के, उप-पैरा (2) के स्ट्र्ान पर जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा,
अर्ावत:
“(2) यह आिेि 13 मई, 2026 से प्रर्ृत्त होगा”।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th July, 2025
H Acid (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2025
S.O. 3530(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016
(11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, is of the opinion that it is
necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following amendment to the H Acid (Quality
Control) Order, 2024, namely:-
1.
Short title and commencement.─ (1) This Order may be called the H Acid (Quality Control) Second
Amendment Order, 2025.
(2)
It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the H Acid (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph
shall be substituted, namely:-
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 13th day of May, 2026.”

का.आ. 3531(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अजधजनयम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 16 िारा
प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामिव करने के पश्चात, यह राय रखते हुए दक लोकजहत में ऐसा

Vinyl Sulphone (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order, 2025
