का.आ. 5167(अ).— भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 11) की धारा 17 और धारा 25 की उप-धारा (3) के साथ पठित धारा 16 की (1) और (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय सरकार का यह मत है कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक या समीचीन है, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, टिन इनगॉट (गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण) आदेश, 2025 को वापस लेती है, और उक्त प्रयोजनार्थ, भारत सरकार, खान मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्या 1769(अ.), तारीख 17 अप्रैल, 2025 को, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii), तारीख 17 अप्रैल, 2025 में प्रकाशित हुई थी, को विखंडित करती है।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 13th November, 2025
S.O. 5167(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby withdraws the Tin Ingot (Quality Control) Order, 2025, and for the said purpose, rescinds the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Mines issued vide number S.O. 1769(E), dated the 17th April, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 17th April, 2025.
