NOTICE Notice No. 20260625-28 Notice Date 25 Jun 2026 Category Index Segment Equity Department Index Cell Subject Corporate Action for Gujarat Gas Limited in the BSE Indices Attachments No Attachment Corporate Action for Gujarat Gas Limited in the BSE Indices MUMBAI, June 25, 2026: Gujarat Gas Limited (Exchange Ticker – 539336, “GUJGASLTD”) is demerging its Transmission Business into GSPL Transmission Limited (“GSPLTRANS”) with effect from start of trading hours on Thursday July 02,2026. Shareholders of Gujarat Gas Limited will receive 1 equity share of GSPL Transmission Limited for every 3 equity shares held in Gujarat Gas Limited. Equity Shares of GSPL Transmission Limited are expected to list on BSE Ltd. at a future date. A Special Pre-Open Session (“SPOS”) would be held on Thursday July 02,2026 by BSE Limited to enable price discovery of company Gujarat Gas Limited (Exchange Ticker – 539336, “GUJGASLTD”) post demerger.
