Corporate Action for Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited in the BSE Indices
MUMBAI, July 17, 2026: Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited (Exchange Ticker – 532356, “TRIVENI”) is demerging its power transmission business into Triveni Power Transmission Limited (“TPTL”) with effect from start of trading hours on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Shareholders of Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited will receive 1 equity share of Triveni Power Transmission Limited for every 3 equity shares held in Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited. Equity Shares of Triveni Power Transmission Limited are expected to list on BSE Ltd. at a future date.
A Special Pre-Open Session (“SPOS”) would be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 by BSE Limited to enable price discovery of company Triveni Engineering & Industries Limited (Exchange Ticker – 532356, “TRIVENI”) post demerger.
On account of the above scheme of arrangement, effective from Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Triveni Power Transmission Limited will be added to the following BSE Indices at zero price (after Close of Tuesday, July 21,2026) without divisor adjustment:
