NOTICE Notice No. 20260630-31 Notice Date 30 Jun 2026 Category Compliance Segment General Department DOSS Subject Half Yearly Reporting Submission for usage of Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions/applications for Period January 2026 to June 2026 Attachments Annexure1 To All Trading Members, This is with reference to Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD2/DOR/CIR/P/2020/221 dated November 03, 2020, and Exchange notice no. 20201127-7 dated November 27, 2020, on “Advisory for Financial Sector Organizations regarding Software as a Service (SaaS) based solutions.” The compliance of the said advisory is required to be submitted by the Member on a half yearly basis and the current applicable period is between January 2026 to June 2026. Members may note that the above-mentioned submission is required to be submitted only in electronic form through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) – https://befs.bseindia.com only. In this regard, the due date for submission of SaaS report for the period of January 2026 to June 2026, is July 31, 2026. Additionally, with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20250929-81 dated September 29, 2025, regarding technology-based sharing mechanisms for common submissions among exchanges, Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE shall submit their SaaS reporting to NSE only. Exclusive members of BSE shall continue submitting their reports to the Exchange through the BEFS portal, following the existing process. The Guidelines for submitting the Software as a Service (SaaS) is given in Annexure 1. Members are requested to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
