NOTICE Notice No. 20260609-22 Notice Date 09 Jun 2026 Category Others Segment General Department Membership Compliance Subject Membership of Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segment of BSE Attachments No Attachment This is with reference to the Exchange notice no. 20221003-22 dated October 03, 2022, regarding the Membership of Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) segment of BSE. The procedure for obtaining membership in the EGR segment is outlined below: For New Applicants: Any entity desirous of becoming an Exclusive Trading Member of the EGR segment shall obtain registration under the applicable provisions of SEBI (Stockbrokers) Regulations, 2026 a) Networth requirement for EGR segment: Segment Trading Member (in Rs.) Electronic Gold Receipt (EGR) 1crore Exchanges Fees: The following fees shall be applicable to new Trading Members seeking admission exclusively on EGR segment of the Exchange: Particulars Amount Admission fees * Rs.50,000/- plus applicable GST Annual Membership Subscription fees (collected every financial year) Rs.1,00,000/- plus applicable GST *In case of existing Trading members, the above-mentioned fees shall not be chargeable while applying for EGR segment d) Base Minimum Capital (BMC): Categories BMC Deposit a) Only Proprietary trading without Algorithmic trading (Algo) 10 lakhs b) Trading only on behalf of Client without Algorithmic trading (Algo) 15 lakhs c) Proprietary trading and trading on behalf of Client without Algorithmic trading (Algo) 25 lakhs d) Only Proprietary trading with Algorithmic trading (Algo) 50 lakhs e) Trading only on behalf of Client with Algorithmic trading (Algo) 50 lakhs F) Proprietary trading and trading on behalf of Client with Algorithmic trading (Algo) 50 lakhs e) SEBI fees towards new registration in EGR segment The below mentioned fee along with applicable GST shall be required to be paid by Trading Members directly to SEBI through /NEFT/RTGS EGR Segment Trading Member (in Rs.)
