NOTICE Notice No. 20260616-10 Notice Date 16 Jun 2026 Category Compliance Segment General Department DOSS Subject Reminder for submission of System Audit of report for the period ended March 31, 2026 Attachments AnnexureA ; AnnexureB To All Trading Members, This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20260422-34 dated April 22, 2026, and Notice No. 20260511- 23 dated May 11, 2026, regarding System Audit Report of Trading Members. Members are required to submit the System Audit Report for the period ended March 31, 2026, to the Exchange on or before June 30, 2026. The report has to be submitted electronically through the BEFS portal on or before the due date to avoid any penal or disciplinary action. To ensure ease of use and better understanding of the system audit module, a user manual for both Members and Auditors was previously shared through earlier notices. For your convenience, the same is enclosed herewith (Annexure A for Member and Annexure B for Auditor). All trading members are advised to take note of the above and ensure compliance.
