This is with reference to Exchange circulars ref. no. 20260428-4 dated April 28, 2026, 20260325-61 dated March 25, 2026, 20251209-11 dated December 9, 2025, 20250829-33 dated August 29, 2025, 20250826-29 dated August 26, 2025, and 20250807-11 dated August 07, 2025,, pertaining to Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules made there under - Mandatory Compliance by all Regulated Entities.
As per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 dated September 25, 2025, Research Analysts are required to submit Final Audit report, remediation of findings from the audit and ensuring compliance with this circular for their digital platforms latest by July 31, 2026, to the Exchange.
All the Research Analysts are advised to submit Final Audit report, remediation of findings from the audit and ensuring compliance with this circular for their digital platforms through the IARA portal using their existing login credentials.
