Sr. No Instances Escalate to 1. In case primary email is not replied / resolved within 7 days iara.escalation1@bseindia.com 2. In case no reply / resolution from Escalation 1 email within 7 days iara.escalation2@bseindia.com Members may use these email IDs for raising escalations, wherever necessary. It is advised that these escalation email IDs should not be marked in routine correspondence and must be used only for genuine escalation purposes. This is to ensure effective tracking and timely resolution of escalated matters. For any regular communication, members are requested to continue using the designated operational email channels.
