L.-33004/99 vlk/kj.k EXTRAORDINARY Hkkx II—[k.M 3—mi&[k.M (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) izkf/dkj ls izdkf'kr PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY la- 1077] ubZ fnYyh] cq/okj] vizSy 19] 2017@pS=k 29] 1939 No. 1077] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2017/CHAITRA 29, 1939 िवत् त मंᮢालय (आिथक कायर् िवभाग) अिधसूचना नई िदल् ली, 19 अᮧैल, 2017 ᮧधान मंᮢी गरीब कल् याण जमा योजना, अिधसूचना सं.का.आ.4061 (अ) मᱶ संशोधन का.आ. 1218(अ).—िवत् त अिधिनयम, 2016 (2016 का 28) (इससे आगे इसे अिधिनयम कहा जाएगा) की धारा 199 ख के खंड (ग) ᳇ारा ᮧदत् त शिक् तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते हुए, कᱶᮤ सरकार एत᳏ारा िदनांक 16 िदसंबर, 2016 की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 4061(अ), िदनांक 19 जनवरी, 2017 की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 204(अ) मᱶ संशोधन और आगे िदनांक 07 फरवरी 2017, की अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 365(अ) मᱶ संशोधन के तहत अिधसूिचत ᮧधानमंᮢी गरीब कल् याण जमा योजना के खंड 5 मᱶ िविन᳸दष् ट शतᲄ मᱶ संशोधन करती है । 2. मूल अिधसूचना के खंड 5 के स् थान पर िनम् निलिखत को ᮧितस् थािपत िकया जाएगा: “5. जमा की ᮧभावी तारीख– बांड लेजर खाते को खोलने की ᮧभावी तारीख अिधकृत बᱹकᲂ से भारतीय िरजवर् बᱹक ᳇ारा जमा ᮧाि᳙ की तारीख होगी; िजसमᱶ 31 माचर्, 2017 तक देय कर, अिधभार और जुमार्ना ᮧा᳙ हो गया है; यह भी ᳞ वस्था की गई है िक िकसी भी मामलᱶ मᱶ जमा की तारीख 30 अᮧैल, 2017 से आगे नहᱭ बढ़ाई जाएंगी। भारत के राष् ᮝपित के आदेश से, [फा. सं. 3(1)-डब्ल्यूएंडएम/2016] ᮧशांत गोयल, संयुक् त सिचव 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th April, 2017 Amendment to Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme, Notification No S.O. 4061 (E) S.O. 1218(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 199B of the Finance Act, 2016 (28 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Act), the Central Government hereby amends the conditions specified in clause 5 of the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Deposit Scheme notified vide Notification No. S.O.4061 (E) dated December 16, 2016, amended vide Notification No. S.O. 204(E) dated January 19, 2017 and further amended vide Notification No. S.O. 365 (E) dated February 07, 2017. 2. In place of clause 5 of the original notification the following shall be substituted: “5. Effective date of deposit — The effective date of opening of the Bonds Ledger Account shall be the date of receipt of deposits by the Reserve Bank of India from the authorized banks; wherein the due tax, surcharge and penalty has been received till 31st March, 2017; Provided further that the date of deposit shall in no case be extended beyond 30th April, 2017.” By Order of the President of India, [F.
