नयी िदʟी, िदनांक 28 माचŊ 2024
सा.का.िन (अ).- सीमाशुʋ अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 30, 30क, 41, 41क, 53,
54, 56, धारा 98 की उपधारा (3) और धारा 158 की उपधारा (2) के साथ पिठत धारा 157 के तहत
Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šये, केȾीय अŮȑƗ कर एवं सीमाशुʋ बोडŊ, एतदȪारा, सी कागŖ
मेिनफेː एंड टŌ ांिशपमŐट रेगुलेशɌ, 2018 मŐ और आगे भी संशोधन करने के िलए िनɻिलİखत
िविनयम बनाता है, यथा: -
1. संिƗɑ शीषŊक और Ůारʁ. - (1) इन िविनयमों को सी कागŖ मेिनफेː एंड टŌांिशपमŐट (पहला
संशोधन) रेगुलेशɌ, 2024 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये सरकारी राजपũ मŐ अपने Ůकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. उƅ िविनयमों मŐ, िविनयम 15 मŐ;
(क) उपिविनयम (2) मŐ, शɨ, अंक और अƗर ” 31 माचŊ, 2024 तक” के ̾ थान पर शɨ, अंक और
अƗर ”30 जून, 2024 तक” को Ůित̾ थािपत िकया जाएगा।

Notification No. 26/2024-Customs (N.T.)
New Delhi, dated the 28th March, 2024
G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157, read with
sections 30, 30A, 41, 41A, 53, 54, 56, sub-section (3) of section 98 and sub-section
(2) of section 158 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of
Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following regulations further to
amend the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018, namely: -
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Sea
Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (First Amendment) Regulations, 2024.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In the said regulations, in regulation 15,-
a. in sub-regulation (2), for the words, figures and letters, “till 31st March 2024”,
the words, figures and letters, “till 30th June 2024” shall be substituted.

the 11th May, 2018 and were last amended vide notification No. 94/2023-Customs
(N.T) dated the 28th December 2023, vide number G.S.R. 923 (E), dated the 28th
December 2023.
