Sub: · Application of Shri Brijesh Kumar, seeking information under RTI Act, 2005- Regarding.
Sir,
Please find enclosed herewith a RTI application Regd.No.EPFOG/R/2018/56060 dated
20.06.2018 of Shri Brijesh Kumar seeking information under the RTI Act.
The application is hereby
transferred to the CPIO, All Zonal Office, Regional and District Offices for necessary action under
the provisions of section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005. The information has to be provided of the RTI
application, directly to the applicant as available in the records. It is certified that the applicant has
deposited the application fee i.e. Rs.10/·

It may be mentioned if the desired information does not pertain to the concerned division or
public authority or some part of information is held by other division or public authority, the concerned
CPIO shall forward/transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to relevant
division/Public authorities u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 and inform the applicant immediately/about such
transfer. However, if the CPIO is not able to find out as to which division/public authority is concerned
with the information even after making reasonable efforts to find out the concerned division/public
authority to which the application could be transferred. It would, however, be the responsibility of the
CPIO, if an appeal is made against his decision, to establish that he made reasonable efforts to find out
the particulars of the concerned division/public authority.

The Name & Address of the Appellate Authority may also be mentioned in the reply, so that the
applicant can make an appeal within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of
decision given by the public authority, if he is aggrieved by the decision.

I. After the implementation of Cadre Restructuring, how
many SSAs have been promoted to Sr.SSA.
2. From 01.01.2014 to 01.01.2016 i.e Before the
implementation of Cadre Restructuring, how many SSAs
have been promoted to Sr.SSA.
3.After the allocation of budget in the Cadre Restructuring to
the group A,B,C and D,what is the total expenditure incurred

4.Please provide the first, second and third MACP of SSA
matrix wise and year wise.
5.In the Anomoly committee report,Para 19 ,it was mentioned
that every cadre will get the next higher grade pay.As per the
report,EO/ AO gets 4600 to 4800,SS gets 4200 to 4600,SSA
gets 2400 to 2800.The Sr.SSAs 4200 to 4600 grade pay is
awaited.Please provide information that what is the time limit
of this implementation.
