Regarding.
Sir,
Please find enclosed herewith RTI application Regd No. EPFOG/R/2018/80561 dated
04.07.2018 of Shri K Kumar seeking information under the RTI Act.The application is hereby
transferred to the CPIO, (All field Office), for necessary action under the provisions of section 6(3)
of the RTI Act, 2005. The information has to be provided the RTI application, directly to the applicant
as available in the records under intimation to the undersigned. It is certified that the applicant has
deposited the application fee i.e. Rs.10/·

It may be mentioned if the desired information does not pertain to the concerned division or
public authority or some part of information is held by other division or public authority, the concerned
CPIO shall forward/transfer the application or such part of it as may be appropriate to relevant
division/Public authorities u/s 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005 and inform the applicant immediately/about
such transfer. However, if the CPIO is not able to find out as to which division/public authority is
concerned with the information even after making reasonable efforts to find out the concerned
division/public authority to which the application could be transferred. It would, however, be the
responsibility of the CPIO, if an appeal is made against his decision, to establish that he made
reasonable efforts to find out the particulars of the concerned division/public authority.

The Name & Address of the Appellate Authority may also be mentioned in the reply, so that
the applicant can make an appeal within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of
decision given by the public authority, if he is aggrieved by the decision.

2. The Central Govt. (Ministry of Labour) has enhanced the minimum
wages of workers engaged in central sphere and for which notifications
no SO 186(£) were published on 19.01 .20 l 7 whereby wages were
increased to Rs 350,437,523 and 610 of Unskilled,Semi-skilled,skilled &
highly skilled category respectively. The VOA of Rs J 9 to 23 was added
to basic wages vide Gazzete notification dt. 03/04/2018. Thus in this reg.
provide following information:
a) Whether the new Gazette notifications as mentioned has been
implemented in your deptt/org. and all attached and subordinate
offices/units/factories/branches in your deptt/organization. If Yes, Copy
or circulars/Office Orders issued.
b) The name, addressees, PF Code No and ESIC Reg. No of every
Contractors whom have been awarded contracts works/jobs/tasks in your
office/Deptt/branches.

c) No. of workers engaged and details like Name, Parentage, Mthly
salary/wages, all deductions including PF/ESIC benefits for whom wages I
have been increased and are engaged through contractor.
d) Nature of duties performed by each category of these contract workers. I
e) Whether the wages/salary of all these contractual workers is a paid in

their Bank Account as per new amendment of Payment or wages act

Please provide me following information under RT! Act 2005. I am a
bona fide citizen of India.
I. The details of manpower engaged through contractors or directly on
contract basis in the organization/offices/its all Branches viz
Category(A/8/C/D or Unskilled,Semi-skilled,skilled & highly skilled
category), sanctioned strength, No. of men-in-position, vacancy Position,
Expenditure on salary and associated benefits as on JI st of March or
