ABOUT PDNASS: PDNASS is the apex training & research institute of Employees’ Provident Funds Organisation (EPFO), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, for the conduct of national and international training programmes and workshops in Social Security. PDNASS is well-equipped with the latest training infrastructure and has well-appointed lecture halls. The Academy has Hostel with modest facilities and Dining Hall. Free wi-fi and Gymnasium facility are available to the participants during the training. ABOUT EPFO: EPFO is one of the largest Social Security Organisations in the World and maintains more than 180 million accounts pertaining to its members. EPFO touches the lives of millions of Indians by providing Social Security benefits in the nature of Provident Fund, Pension and Insurance. In the year 2015-16, EPFO was awarded the Gold National Award on e-Governance for making Innovative use of Technology in e-Governance. Aims & Objectives of the Training Programme: The Programme is designed to enable participants to understand and discuss various issues relating to duties and responsibilities of exempted trusts. Broad Course Contents: Discussing the provisions of the Act and the Schemes. Deliberating on key issues posing challenges in compliance. Explain the conditions of grant/cancellation of Exemption. Investment pattern for provident funds. Duties and responsibilities of the Exempted Establishments. Software utility services available for employers of exempted establishments Faculty: Senior level officers from EPFO Programme Pedagogy: The programme pedagogy include Lectures, Presentations, Panel Discussions. Language: English/Hindi Target Participants: Senior and Middle level Management In-charge of provident fund and related matters of Exempted Establishments. Capacity: 100 participants Location: PDNASS is located in the western part of Delhi and has easy access from Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (about 30-minute drive for a 15-km distance). How to Apply: Participants should apply online to the Course Director in the specific format (enclosed). Last date of application is 31st July 2018 by 5 PM either through Fax on 011-28525987 or through e-mail at: natrss@epfindia.gov.in to enable us to make necessary arrangements for the participants. The Nomination Form may also be downloaded from EPFO Website with URL – www.epfindia.gov.in at Office Orders/Circulars. Nominations received in complete shape alongwith requisite fee from the eligible applicants shall be processed by PDNASS and confirmed to the applicants latest by 03rd August 2018 (by email only), Nominations will be confirmed only after confirmation of receipt of fee at PDNASS on “First come First serve” basis. Course Fee: The Course Fee for participants shall be: 1. Residential Participants: Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per participant. 2. Non Residential Participants Residential: Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) per participant. The Course fee shall include: Tuition/Training. Conference Bag. Training material (in Electronic form) and Stationery. Use of other facilities and support services including Wi-Fi facility. Breakfast, Refreshment, and Meals. Lodging and Boarding at PDNASS Hostel (Double Occupancy). Stay at PDNASS Hostel will be provided one day before the programme starts and one day after (upto 12 Noon) the programme ends. The Course Fee does not include any Travel Cost and pick and drop facility. The participants shall have to bear the cost of their travel to the Academy. Refund of Fees: Fee once paid shall not be refunded. However, the course fee may be adjusted against the substitute from the same Organisation in case the nominated participant is unable to attend the training programme. 90% fee is refundable in case of only those nominations which are not accepted by the Academy due to any reason. There are only limited seats available for the nominations. Hence, the nominations shall be accepted on “First come First Serve” basis. Nominations will be confirmed only after confirmation of receipt of fee at PDNASS.
