Hindi Branch/ Librarian/Guard File/Spare Copies.     Subject: Activation of online portal for submission of transfer requests by GDMOs & specialists for Posting at newly established ESIC Hospitals – regarding.     With reference to the subject cited above, the following is hereby ordered with the approval of the competent authority: the undersigned is directed to state that it has been decided to open online portal for considering transfer of GDMOs & specialists to the following new ESIC hospitals : (i) ESIC Hospital, Ompura (ii) ESIC Hospital, Doddaballapur (iii) ESIC Hospital, Sriperumbudur (iv) ESIC Hospital, Tuticorin and (v) ESIC Hospital, Gwalior 2. The portal shall remain open from 22.05.2026, 12:01 AM until 26.05.2026, 11:59 PM. The Interested GDMOs & specialists may submit up to 3 options in case Sufficient request are not received then the posting to these newly establishment Hospital shall be done as per administrative and functional requirements 3. ICT Branch, Headquarters office is requested to activate the online portal for 04 (four) days during the above periods. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
