No.-A-24014/8/2025-DPC Date:04-09-2025 ADDENDUM Subject: Addendum to the final gradation/seniority list for the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) in Grade Pay 6600/- in the pay matrix up to vacancy year 2017-18 The Competent Authority vide office order No.79 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023, ordered promotion of Shri Vinod Kharkwal to the post of Executive Engineer (Civil) in Grade Pay Rs. 6600/- (pre-revised) in the pay matrix, on regular basis, notionally w.e.f. 02.11.2017, as per the recommendations of the DPC/UPSC.     Consequent upon regular promotion of Shri Vinod Kharkwal, his name has been added in the seniority list of officers in the grade of Executive Engineer (Civil), earlier issued vide Memorandum No. A-24/14/1/2017-E.I dated 23.02.2018 at Sl. No. 5A- after the name of Shri Rajeev Kumar Dixit (Sl. No.5) and before the name of Shri Upender Resu (Sl. No.6)- as per the panel recommended by the DPC/UPSC. Assistant Director (DPC CELL) To, 1.
