Considering the changes required and for smooth transition between UTIITSL and ESIC, the rates will be effective from 01.12.2025 (i.e. after 23.59 Hrs 30.11.2025).Changes/Rates will applicable to admissions , Procedures, Consultations Investigations etc taken after midnight of 30/11/25.
