Sir/Madam, In continuation of this Office letter of even number dt. 11/12/2025, it is informed that the above communication has been issued only to create awareness among the employers during the SPREE. As the Central Rules and Regulations are yet to be notified under Code on Social Security, 2020 further action for the compliances will be done in accordance with the notified Rules and Regulations in the matter.
