Subject: - Calendar for holding the meeting of DPCs for Non-Medical Gr. ‘C’ posts for the year 2026 (01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026). Madam/Sir,     The competent Authority has directed to hold the meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee for the following non – medical Gr. ‘C’ post for the year -2026 (01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026) for promotion in the cadre of Assistants, UDCs, LDCs and other Gr. ‘C’ Non- Medical cadres, as per schedule given below: - SI. No Name of the Post Schedule for holding of DPC 1. Assistant/ Head Clerk 16.12.2025 (Tuesday) 2. UDC 18.12.2025 (Thursday) 3. (LDC) Others 22.12.2025 (Monday)   The promotion orders may be issued on 01.01.2026 in respect of vacancy available as on 01.01.2026 in accordance with the panel recommended by the DPC. All relevant instructions of DoPT pertaining to conduct of DPC which includes inter alia, grant of promotion, provision of anticipated vacancies, reservation etc. as per the said DoPT guidelines along with related instructions issued by Hqrs. office from time to time must be followed in toto.   Action taken report in the matter may be submitted to Hqrs. office after conducting DPCs immediately.
