Ref: This officer letter of even number dated 04.12.2025.    इस कायालय .ारा नसग अधकारय क/ िदनांक 05.12.2020 क/ 01थत के अनुसार एक अ%खल भारतीय सामा)य मसौदा वर*ता सूची पूव म 04.12.2025 को आप%6यां आमंि7त करने हेतु -सारत क/ गई थी। -ा9 आप%6य/ सुझाव के परी;ण/ िन1तारण के प=ात, ;े7ीय डेटा म कुछ 7ुिटयां पाई गईं जैसे 1थानांतरत अधकारय क/ दोहरी -िविC और पहले से पदोEत वर* नसग अधकारय का समावेश इFयािद । A draft All India common seniority list of Nursing Officers as on 05.12.2020 was circulated on 04.12.2025 inviting objections/ suggestions from the stakeholders. Upon examination of the representations received, it is observed that there were a few extant errors in regional data viz. duplicate entries for transferred officials and the inclusion of names of already promoted Senior Nursing Officers etc. इन िनGकषH के आलोक म , 05.12.2020 क/ 01थत के अनुसार एक संशोधत मसौदा अ%खल भारतीय सामा)य वर*ता सूची तैयार क/ गयी है । यह संशोधत मसौदा सूची एतI.ारा पुनः , ईएसआईसी म नसग अधकारय क/ वर*ता के संबंध म िवJभE अदालत म दायर िकए गए मामल के परणाम के अधीन, सभी संबंधत कमचारय के बीच सूचना/ आप%6य/ सुझाव हेतु -सारत क/ जाती है । In view of the findings, a Revised draft All India Common Seniority List as on 05.12.2020 has been prepared. This revised list is hereby issued for circulation among all employees concerned subject to outcome of the court cases filed in different courts of law in regard to seniority of Nursing Officers in A-24011/4/2022-MED-VI I/3486621/2026 ESIC. आप%6यां दज करने के िनदKश: संशोधत सूची के संबंध म िकसी भी -कार क/ 7ुिट, चूक, आप%6 एवं सुझाव को केवल संलL "कमचारी आप%6 प7 – -ोफामा" (Employee Objection Sheet – Proforma) का उपयोग करके ही -1तुत िकया जाना चािहए। (MS Word फाइल िवतरत कर दी गई है, इसे -शासिनक/1थापना शाखा से -ा9 िकया जा सकता है) आप%6 प7 का ईआरपी (ERP)/सेवा अJभलेख के अनुसार िवधवत सFयापन िकया जाना चािहए और स;म -ाधकारी .ारा ह1ता;रत होना चािहए। अNयावेदन अपने तFकाल िनयं7ण अधकारी (Controlling Authority) के माOयम से अPेिषत िकए जाने चािहए और इस ापन के जारी होने क/ तJथ से "सात िदन (07 िदन)" के भीतर ''med7-hq@esic.gov.in'' पर भेजे जाने चािहए। िनधारत -ोफामा म जमा नहQ क/ गई, या िनधारत समय सीमा के बाद -ा9 हुई, अथवा ऊपर बताए गए माOयम के अलावा िकसी अ)य संचार माOयम से भेजी गई आप%6य पर िवचार नहQ िकया जाएगा, और ऐसी 01थत म डTाUट वर*ता सूची को अंतम (FINAL) माना जाएगा। Instructions for Filing Objections: Any Errors, Omissions, Objections and Suggestion regarding the revised seniority list must be submitted using the attached "Employee Objection Sheet – Proforma" Only. (MS Word file is Circulated, may collect from Administration/Establishment Branch) The objection sheet must be duly verified as per ERP/ Service records and signed by the Competent Authority. Representations must be routed through the immediate Controlling Authority and sent to Hqrs. through e-mail at ''med7-hq@esic.gov.in'' within "Seven Days (07 days)" of the date of issue of this memorandum. Objections not submitted in the prescribed proforma or received after the stipulated deadline or sent through other means of communication than the prescribed above, will not be entertained, and the draft seniority list shall be treated as FINAL. All the controlling authorities concerned are also requested to ensure that the list has been handed over to / noted by the officials concerned appearing in the list. The receipt of this memorandum may kindly be acknowledged.
