Madam/sir, Reference is invited to the orders regarding revision of manpower issued by this office based on HR Norms 2023, wherein the posts of Assistant Engineer/Assistant Executive Engineer have been sanctioned for ESIC Hospitals and Medical Colleges with 500 or more commissioned beds. In this regard, it is clarified that the post of Assistant Engineer (Pay Level-7) may be considered in cases where the posts of Assistant Engineer/Assistant Executive Engineer have been sanctioned as per the orders issued by Headquarters Office under HR Norms 2023.
