In this regard, this is to inform you that the firm SHREE DHANWANTRI HERBALS has been changed into SHREE DHANWANTRI HERBALS PRIVATE LIMITED with the approval of Competent Authority. Henceforth SHREE DHANWANTRI HERBALS (SDH) in DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Ay.9 may be read as SHREE DHANWANTRI HERBALS PRIVATE LIMITED.
