As the HLEM is scheduled to launch the Annual Health Check-Up at the given below
11 different ESIC Hospital locations across lndia on 07.05.2026 from the ESIC Medical
College & Hospital, Basaidarapur, New Delhi.

For publicity of the event, the designs of creatives for usage during the launch event
at the above ESIC Hospital locations viz. Backdrop, Temporary Hoardings, Welcome
Standees, Welcome Banners and ESI Benefit have been uploaded in the Publicotion section
under the lnformotion tab on the ESIC website (www.esic.gov.in), and are available in both
PDF and open file formats. ln this regard, it is also informed that the names of the local
dignitaries under the'August Presence'in creatives (in Temporary Hoarding, Welcome
Banners & Welcome Standees) and the respective locations in the backdrop creative may be
amended accordingly.
All the concerned hospitals and medical colleges are requested to arrange for
printing and installation of the creatives at their respective premises during the event, on
ESIC-approved rates. (Letter of PR - D'31,/12/02/2O23-PR dated 19.06.25)
