ESIC Hqrs web upload vide console no. 18716/2024 dated 08.11.2024, 20913/2025 dated 08.05.2025 and 22457/2025 dated 21.08.2025. महोदया /महोदय, I am hereby directed to inform the approval of Director General for extension of DG-ESIC Rate Contract No.149 to 153 for 300 nos. of Drugs as per the attached list up to 30.11.2025 or till the finalization of New Rate Contract (whichever is earlier), subject to adherence to the following conditions: - 1. Supply order should be placed ONLY on First Preference holders. 2. Willingness of the firm to supply on the same Terms & Conditions, as approved in DG ESIC Rate Contract(s) 149 to 153. 3. No order should be placed in respect of drugs, which have been found to be 'Not of Standard Quality' on test analysis. 4. Amendments / orders (if any) already issued (copy enclosed interalia), time to time in respect of drugs of DG-ESIC RC's 149 to 153 have to be taken into consideration while placing the supply orders. यह महानिदेशक के अनुमोदन से जारी किया गया है। This issue with the approval of Director General.
