P-11/12/MSME/2024-RevII Date: - .07.2025 (Through Website) To,   Regional Director/ Joint Director I/c   Regional Office/ Sub Regional Office   ESI Corporation, Subject: - Fortnight survey of the Units received from MSME -reg In reference to the survey of the units registered as MSME, it is informed that as per SPREE instruction issued vide circular dated 14.07.2025 (copy attached) it has been directed to field office not to conduct any survey of the units unless specific directions of the Headquarters/CAIU is received.   Further regarding units registered as MSME it is advised to increase the pace of scrutiny of the data and all the units except already covered/ situated in non implemented areas may be approached and apprised about the SPREE launched by ESIC & benefits available to Employers/Employees under the scheme and encourage to register themselves through SSP/ESIC/MCA portal if qualifies for registration.The details of the units approached may be kept for ready reference. You are also advise to submit the report as per the revised proforma (copy attached).   This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
